Our Sales Desk & Guest Care Team is the salons backbone! This is the perfect position for someone that loves the beauty industry, is passionate about helping and connecting with people and someone that is great at recommending products!

Day to Day Operations:

• Coordinate the daily flow of customer servicing. Multi-tasking is key.
• Upselling services and retail
• Ringing out guests
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering the phone
• Upselling services and products
• Assisting the stylist team with services
• Ensuring salon cleanliness
• Greeting customers
• Shampoo services
