Your online booking portal gives you full access to manage your experience at The Hair Station! Through your account, you can:

Manage Appointments

• Book a service, including service add-ons
• Cancel or reschedule a booked appointment 
• Add yourself to the Wait List if no openings are found
• View upcoming and past appointments
   

View History & Balances

• View your appointment and purchase history
• Check your reward point balance
• Check gift certificate balances (if linked to your account)
   

Update Your Profile

• Edit your email address via My Account > Profile (updates in Meevo 2 and eGift)
• Add or edit your phone number for notifications
• Add your birthday and get a special emailed gift that month
• Opt in to Receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and a 3-day confirmation email with an estimated quote
• Read team member bios to learn more about your stylist
• Opt into our newsletter and special promo emails
   

Purchase 

• Purchase gift certificates
   

To access these features, just log in and use the drop-down menu to navigate your profile and settings.

If a service is missing from the online booking options, please call us at 410-796-4684 for assistance. Not all of our services are available for online booking.

Yes, any service can be canceled. If your appointment is for a standard service, you can cancel it at least 4 hours in advance through Meevo2. Your appointment will appear at the top of your screen, where you’ll have the option to cancel or reschedule.
 

If your service required a deposit, and you cancel within the allowed timeframe, the deposit is forfeited per our cancellation policy.

When booking an appointment, you’ll need to enter your full name, phone number, email, birthday, and credit card information.
 

If you sign up for our emails, you’ll receive a special gift during your birthday month! 🎉
 

Your credit card is required for booking, but nothing will be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for the service. All payment information is securely stored.

If having trouble signing in, clear all cache and browsing history in your browser. Remove any saved username and password, then try again. 

If you don’t book the correct service:
 

• We may not have enough time to complete your service, which could result in rescheduling.
   
• If you book too much time, you may be charged for the full service you reserved.

Can't find an appointment on a day that works best? Or is your favorite stylist unavailable? Join our waitlist! Customers can add themselves to a waitlist and if anyone reschedules their appointment, we will let you know that there is an opening on your preferred date! 

Log in to your account and then... 

1. Choose your services
2. Pick your stylist or choose any employee
3. Choose the specific date range or date that you need.
4. Make sure to put the best time
5. Then click Add to Waitlist
6. That's it! We will be in touch if something opens up!
