The Hair Station is looking for a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join our support team! This role is the heart of our sales desk — welcoming guests, keeping the salon running smoothly, and creating an exceptional first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.

We’re looking for someone who:

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Loves helping people and providing top-notch customer care
Is organized, reliable, and eager to learn and grow with us

In this position, you’ll handle front desk duties, assist with guest services, and support our stylists to ensure every client has a seamless and positive experience.

The Stylist Team

Our Stylist Team is designed for licensed cosmetologists and barbers—or those soon to be licensed in Maryland—who have a passion for hair color, haircutting, and delivering a beautiful customer experience. We provide advanced education, career growth opportunities, and a welcoming salon culture where creativity and skill development are valued.

Support Team & Apprenticeship Program

Our Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless salon experience. This includes:

Sales Desk Experts – Responsible for front desk operations, guest relations, and retail sales.
Stylist Assistants – Take on the same responsibilities as our Sales Desk Experts but, as they progress through our Apprenticeship Program, they gradually take on more hands-on stylist responsibilities, preparing them for a future behind the chair.
