Salon Support Team
The Salon Support Team is the foundation of The Hair Station, creating a seamless, welcoming experience for both clients and stylists. This role supports daily salon flow, enhances the client experience, and allows our stylists to focus fully on their craft.
This team is also where many of our future stylists begin. Our Aspiring Artists and Rising Artists start here while gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and ongoing education as they prepare to grow behind the chair.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about caring for clients—whether pursuing a career as a stylist or growing within salon operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting stylists and overall salon operations
- Creating an exceptional guest experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized, professional environment
- Assisting with front desk tasks, booking, and client communication
- Preparing stations, managing supplies, and supporting salon flow
Compensation:
Starting at $15/hour based on experience, with opportunities for growth as skills and responsibilities increase.
